interactive, inspirational and fun day out for people with disabilities, their friends and family, carers and
those working with disabled people.
The new-look event is packed with interactive features,
including a vast array of sporting
activities for you to watch and try, a superb selection
presentations, interviews and
performances within two dedicated theatres, a whole host of
practical demonstrations and
over 120 exhibitors showcasing products and services for an
independent lifestyle.

The British Red Cross will be holding a first aid training course for the
public in Winchester
on July 7 2009 (Cost £40 which
purely cover the charity’s costs for proving the life saving training
and includes a first aid manual )
The ‘Basic First Aid’
training will take place at Red Cross House, Winnall Close,
Hampshire, SO23 0LB, from 9am - 5pm. The programme focuses on key
life-saving skills and provides an opportunity to learn how to respond to
the most common accidents and situations.

The British Red Cross will be holding a child and baby first aid course
on July 23 2009 (Cost £20 which
purely cover the charity’s costs for proving the life saving training
and includes a first aid manual )
The Emergency Life Support Infant and
Child is a four hour course, running from 10am – 3pm at Red Cross
House, Winnall Close, Hampshire, SO23 0LB, and is suitable for parents, carers and
anyone who has an interest in child first aid.
