	GENERAL INFORMATION
Autism Alert Cards	The aim of the Alert Card is to support people with Austic Spectrum Disorder should they find themselves in any type of contact with the Police. Hampshire Autistic Society, in partnership with Hampshire Police, will launch the Alert Card Project on 7^th October 2008. The card should be carried at all times and shown to an Officer in the case of an incident or situation. The Police would be able to support the person in an appropriate manner and contact a named person listed on the back of the card to assist with supporting the person during their time in Police care. Value and Viability of Parent & Toddler Groups	Why do parents/carers attend Parent & Toddler groups – what do they think are the benefits to them and their children? Are they satisfied with what they find? What are the rewards and challenges experiences by those running the groups? What are demands for and provision of activities during the holidays? Work4Yourself	WORK4YOURSELF - A NEW PROGRAMME OF TRAINING EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN A new, free programme of self-employment training is now available specifically for women from the disadvantaged areas of Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport and Fareham. Business Link Wessex and Area Investment Framework funding jointly sponsor the all-female events. This pilot project follows on from the hugely successful women’s enterprise programme, which Business Link Wessex has run in Dorset and North Hampshire over the last three years.
