Andover Family Learning – story and discovery sacks

Andover Family Learning have a story sacks and discovery sacks library for parents and groups to access, contact Sarah @ 01264 359062 for details and opening times.

 

Andover and District Mencap Playscheme

 

Andover and District Mencap, run a twice monthly Saturday club for children with learning Disabilities at Andover and District Mencap for children aged 5 up to 16.  They are registered with OFSTEAD to take 15 children per session.

Child Contact Centre

Andover Child Contact Centre meets once a fortnight on Saturday morning at Andover Baptist Church. It is operated on a referal system and is an opportunity for children to spend time with their non resident parent. For information contact Dawn Elson on 01264 362600

Family Links Nurturing Programmes – 10 week parenting courses are available free of charge in Andover, various times and venues (some with accompanying crèche for babies/toddlers@ contact 01264 359062 for information.

 

Parent Partnership

Hampshire Parent Partnership Service was set up in 1994 to develop and improve communication and partnership between the Children's Services Department, parents, children, schools and voluntary agencies.

They provide advice, information and support to parents of children with special educational needs and to parents who have concerns on matters relating to the child's education.
