AIMS
Hampshire Families (formerly HCFF) aims to support children, young people and their families (CYPF) by:
* Identifying the needs of the local community
* Providing a voice for families through local and county representation
* Informing families about quality services and provisions
* Working in partnership with families, statutory, voluntary and
community organisations to meet the needs of the local community
We fully support the Government's 'Every Child Matters' agenda and our aims are in line with the five outcomes: Be Healthy, Stay Safe, Enjoy and Achieve, Make a Positive Contribution, Achieve Economic Well-being.
